Cotest optical core detector product line mainly includes: PD/APD wafer test DMP7000 series, and SPAD/SiPM DMPT7000 series. The products are mainly applied to VCSEL manufacturing enterprises (characteristic GaAs process line Fab), design companies, back-end module manufacturers, terminal lidar customers and optical communication customers. In the application of optical devices in lidar, the company timely launched the wafer test bench of PD/APD and the module test bench of SiPM.
